I think that they may have in mind some form of interactive media where we can point out errors in our own data and suggest corrections. But I suspect the corrections would have to be approved and we would have to provide evidence for the corrections. I can't see them letting us loose on our own data - we could after all build a whole new persona for ourselves. Now that IS a good idea!
