Workshop outlineThis half-day workshop looks at how Twitter can be used in the workplace both for research and as a communications tool. There will be an introduction on how Twitter works and examples of how organisations in different sectors are using Twitter as part of their information strategy. Areas covered include
There will also be time for participants to experiment with Twitter as an information resource and also to set up an account, start "following" people, and tweet!
