Orders sent to other European countries and the rest of the world are sent via airmail and may take 3 to 14 working days to arrive depending on the destination. Privacy PolicyInformation provided by you when ordering publications is only used to distribute the publications and to notify you of the progress of your order. We do not sell or disclose our customer list to any other organisation, nor do we use our customer information to distribute material on behalf of other organisations. Financial data - such as bank details, credit card and debit card details - provided by customers via fax, post or by telephone are retained until the transaction has been confirmed and completed, and then securely destroyed. Cancellation of OrderUnder the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. Please re-package the relevant item securely and return it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please write "Contract Cancellation" on the delivery slip or invoice and enclose it with the goods. Goods must be returned in resaleable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error. If we do not receive the goods back from you, and you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, we may arrange for collection of the goods from you at your cost.
